The visual effects technicians had to jump through major hoops . . .

It seems like I never watched this movie from beginning to end until recently. It seemed like the action sequences were story boarded by cartoon producers and then the visual effects technicians had to jump through major hoops to make the sequences happen. It is a very creative production and it did not look low budget at all. I tried to enjoy it as it was probably intended by the producers and screen writers. Herbie Rides Again is an impressive comedic production.
