What Judge?

According to the cast list, there is a judge in this movie, played by Huntz Hall, best known as one of the Dead End Kids. In fact, he gets as high as sixth billing in the credits. But I've watched this movie a number of times, and never once have I spotted him. Can anyone tell me when he shows up? Do you suppose it was from a deleted scene? Alonzo Hawk does get arrested in the end. Is it possible that Hall was the judge he ended up facing in court? Maybe that scene was shot but cut for timing purposes, and by that time the credits had already been assembled. I'm just a little curious about this, especially since he's also included in the abridged cast list at the end (and Barnsdorff, the construction boss, isn't). Can anyone give me any information?

saw your post after seeing this the other day, it was bugging me too

of course he was the judge in the "ye chicken" jousting
he says "you win the bread, three dollars"

Yeah. Once again, I hypothesized later on that that might be who he was. He was the guy in the red herald uniform with the shiny horn. Note how, in the memorable quotes section, they incorrectly link that line ("ya win the bread, mac. Three dollahs!") to the announcer played by Edward Ashley. I always knew that was incorrect. I wasn't sure because he didn't really seem to be acting as a judge at that race, just a helper. And I still don't see why he got such a high billing in the credits. But thanks for cluing me in.
