Help Me Out With finding This Scene...Please.

Help me out. There was a particularly tasteless sketch that I THOUGHT was in this movie. Was it?
It involved an outdoor cafe focusing on a round table with a pretty blond in a long white dress. Someone at the table wrinkles their nose and asks, "What's that smell?" The girl stands up and starts screaming as her period starts.

An off camera pump produces gallons of blood that stains a huge area of her dress. Patrons start projectile vomiting on each other in a chain reaction. Really gross.

Which movie was this skit in? Groove Tube, Outtakes, or another? Just trying to get my movies straight.
This was and is so un PC. NEVER happen in today's films.

No idea where it's from, but I can tell you it's not this movie.

Monty Python had a skit in the same style as "The Groove Tube" where a pleasant tennis outing turns into a bloodbath. It wasn't menstruation-related, but otherwise virtually exactly as you describe.
