A 40 minute car chase ??????

how borrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

reply

Why it's unique, the remake only has a 12 minute one if I remember correctly. The cops would not lose someone that easily in real life once an apb had been sent out so it seems logical that it would just keep going and going.

AWESOME!!
I just watched this for the 1st time.
The 40 minute car chase reminded me of the Grand Theft Auto videogames.

Condsidering that they now televise "high speed chases" that have go on for hours?

reply

But todays police are alot more nicer and politically correct since they have to worry about news helicopters filming the officers beating down the criminal when caught plus lawsuits from civilians caught in the chase...

reply

No, Grand Theft Auto, invented in the 21st Century, reminds you of GI60S, produced in 1974;-)

Actually, he's talking about the experience watching the film and of playing GTA (the first game of which was released in the 20th Century, not the 21st).

If he played GTA first then watching this film will remind him of the game, not the other way around because of the order of his life experiences, not the release dates ;-)

Oh, good. I was afraid I was stuck in a time loop.

That happens to me sometimes, too!

While not really boring, it does get tiresome at times. It could have been 12 to 15 minutes shorter and just as exciting.
