Has there ever been a more perfect film?
It doesn't have a single bad scene.

Yes. Sunset Blvd.& Forbidden Games Well-acted, scripted, directed...they're also about something; they have a theme. They also make excellent use of irony and symbol.
share"Sunset Blvd." and "All About Eve"
shareAgreed. And ditto Goodfella's, Schindler's List, The Battle of Algiers (1965) Los Olvidados (1950) Simon of the Desert (1965)
shareDiane Keaton keeps it from being perfect. The absolute nadir, IMHO. In a comedy, specifically Baby Boom, she is perfection.
On the Waterfront and Godfather I...they are perfect.
I think I'll have a large order of prognosis negative.
The Godfather.
Wendy? Darling? Light, of my life!
Yeah tons, tons and tons of movies better than this boring crap.
shareYes, the original.
"A man chooses. A slave obeys."
