THE LAST KING OF SCOTLAND (2006)
General Idi Amin Dada played by Forest Whitaker

RISE AND FALL OF IDI AMIN (1981)
This was another movie based on the life of General Amin.
British Ambassador was played Geoffrey Keen also was in the James Bond movies.
