Name of the song at beginning of movie

As the credits of this show begin to roll--there is a song,instrumental, of some type of "jazz" music, that plays through the credits, as it shows the operations of a press room of the newspaper. I have heard the song ONE time on a long-defunct radio station.

Anyone know the name of the song/artist??
