Shriek Show DVD is faulty

Just to warn people that around the 46minute mark the film deteriorates with parallel lines and tiling. The film becomes unwatchable for the remainder of the run. This is not a one off either as I have purchased another version and have the exact same problem. Maybe I've been unlucky and have DVD's from a faulty batch? I'm in the UK and playing them on a multi-region player but have tried them on a friends DVD player and the problem persists. I'm getting the DVDs from America and would be curious to know if anyone else has had this problem.

Get the UK Odeon Entertainment DVD, it's a nice disc and there are no such problems with it.

Yep. I had this problem on mine just now. At that 46 minute mark.

Shriek Show is so, so terrible. I'm ashamed I ever gave the a dime.

They thought they were alone...

Yeah, Shriek Show may have had a few problems with the quality of some of their releases but without them we may have not got some of these obscure cult movies released by anyone else.I've been happy with all of the stuff I've got from them.
