I'm a bit puzzled. After Debbie answered the door to Graham, she let him in the house and then the film cuts to the next scene.
But when we return to the pair, Debbie is fastening her pants up, and Graham is making two cups of tea.
Also, she said 'you have a nice bedside manner'. I thought it was very strange.

You know I've never thought of that but could very well be. I always looked at it as Debbie just being a tart and sexifying herself up so that she could taunt Graham and possible do what you suggested...later to spite Jackie.

As for the bedside manner line, here is the full exchange:
Debbie: "Did anyone ever tell you you've got a great bedside manner?"
Graham: "I don't think that's quite the right expression, is it?"
Debbie: "It is for what I've got in mind."
So clearly she was flirting with him and trying to get him in the sack.
