looking for a Frankenstein movie

may of been made at a simula time as this one in fact im sure it had ralph bates in it but i may be wrong, its not the horror of Frankenstein

it had dr Frankenstein creating his monster but he seamed to have minor defects and above average intellect he teaches the monster to be a gentleman and the monster takes to it well and even seams to be popular with the ladies it has a scene that emphasis teaching the monster the word bravo, all seams to be going well until one day he starts to slowly decompose at the end the monster runs away to the top of a cliff with the dr running after him when at the cliff edge he turns the the dr and ses victor BRAVO and then he jumps off the edge leaving the dr with the greife of what he has done wrong

i saw this movie on tv in the early 90s and haven't seen it since can anyone tell me the name of this movie

you will have to forgive the lack of full stops lack of proper spelling im dyslexic but not stupid

This sounds a lot like "Frankenstein-The True Story" which was made for TV in the early 70's.
Has an All-Star cast.
It scared the HELL out of me as a kid. Especially the scenes with Jane Seymour and the Ball scene, and what happened to James Mason on the ship.
(The worst was what happened to one of his Oriental servants. Gave me nightmares for months.)
I picked this up at Amazon as soon as it came out.
