Antonio Fargas as Linc

Even before "Starsky & Hutch", Fargas was all over the place in various black-culture movies of the 1970s and the blaxploitation genre in particular.

His character is a scoundrel, and really deserves the fate he ends up with: Setting up Foxy's boyfriend for a Mob hit, and from there living it up (in the petty way that he can) by paying off his Mob debt and securing cocaine to sell.
