I just watched it, I didn't think it was that bad but definitely not a masterpiece IMO. Somewhere in the middle. Interesting movie for sure.

Your comment is "absolute trash." Pasolini's "Arabian Nights" is one of the most beautiful, poetic works of art, of all time. Stick with your Superhero movies, which is probably all you can handle..

Pfft why? The dialogue's crap, the story's crap, the sex scenes are stupid as and the dubbing is laughable. It's about as much a work of art as Caligula is.

I agree 100% with you.
It's pretentious, boring and it has the worst special effects. Yes, it was a long time ago, but they were not essential to the "plot". So why bother in that travesty?
This is the second AND FINAL Pasolini movie that I make myself watch and endure. What a task it was! Now I can go and tell others how much I loved it and how smart I am because of it.
