Who is the voice actor that dubs Peter Crane?

My wife and I have been trying to figure it out for an hour or so. His voice sounds so familiar... we think he voice acted in some anime or martial arts film or both. If anyone has any idea let us know.

I think it's Ted Rusoff, who did a lot of dubbing for Italian films. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0750871/
He's familiar to me from dubbing the lead actor in Buio Omega/Beyond the Darkness.
