Was Remy supposed to be...

An aged, washed up film star? Considering them living near Hollywood, I always wondered that, but also because it seems random in the beginning when Stuart is dialing the doctor, we get a view of all kinds of wigs, fake eye lashes, jewelry, perfume, etc. in Remy's bedroom that almost makes it seem like she had been an actress at one point who was washed up and just a depressed pill pusher at this point. Their house seems pretty well off, too, but that's probably just because of Stuart's job. Any thoughts?

I just assumed she was a rich, spoiled daddy's girl, since her father owned the company her husband worked at. All the wigs, make-up and perfume would be standard items in a rich woman's bedroom.

Yeah, that would've been my other assumption. Not to mention Remy Royce Graff isn't really the prettiest stage name haha.
