Comedy Gold!

Ava Gardner as much as I love her provides some unintended humor. Also the creeper Natl. Guardsmen and the Animated blood Splatter. :D

Definitely works as a so bad its good comedy movie

I agree with the OP's comment on the comedy. Here are some parts I found funny. A short blond woman in the elevator splatter scene is later shown crawling out of a basement window in another part of town. How'd she manage that? Was she Wonder Woman? The tall "glass in the face lady" is obviously a man dressed in an overcoat and a woman's wig. Jody's tormentor's reminded me of the "Three Stooges". They were hilarious as they followed Jody down the staircase in the apartment building and shouted military commands at him.

The part after the elevator falls and the blood splatters on the screen was pretty hilarious

I kept on laughing throughout the earthquake scene. So incredibly silly.
