Who is this george charactor that the little psychos keep mentioning in this film?

dead bus driver?

George is either the kids' nickname for the "Dr. Brown" character they murder in the basement (identified as "P. Brown" on his nametag, seen when they bury him in the snow), or a contrivance they cooked up to tease each other with ala The Boogeyman and blame their criminal actions on. Kids say the damndest things sometimes.
