anyone agree? i really dont want to have to buy this movie on a double feature with motel hell, it deserves its own release since its one of the creepiest movies ever, mostly thanks to roberts blossom's acting.

I bought the double feature because of Motel Hell (1980). Because of it, I found out that I like Deranged (1974).

Great movie. I had the double featured but just got the new arrow blu ray. Good investment

It doesn't need a Criterion release - the Arrow Blu-ray is more than sufficient. Deranged has never looked so good, and it's fully uncut!

Kino is releasing it uncut as well
