in the head? At first I thought maybe Ezra missed and hit her somewhere else and she fainted. But when she gets up to run away, she clearly has a head wound. I'm sorry, but if you're shot in the head at close range with a hunting rifle, there's no way you'd survive. That almost ruined the movie for me.

When I was a special deputy with my sheriff's department, we were shown a training video called "Ultimate Servivors". It had real live examples of peace officers and firefighters who had survived extreme injuries. Believe me when I say sometimes the human body can survive unbelievable trauma and injury that simply defies logic and explanation!! 8^O
