Ok, I'll start with the casting:

The guy who gets angry and shoots criminals should be played by Dave Chapelle.

They already remade it in 2018 with Bruce Willis and it sucked.

Also two loose remakes in 2007 with Kevin Bacon (Death Sentence) and Jodie Foster (Brave One)

WRONG! Death Wish was actually a book which Death Sentence is based off of. So it was rebooted with Kevin Bacon.
