It is being shown on this aka THIS channel!

I was switching around, searching for something, and came across the film, which already is 15 minutes underway. But, if I like it, I'm sure it will be shown again, as this (confusingly, all lower case) tends to repeat showings. I don't recall seeing it listed before but simply might have missed it. Or, it's being added to their lineup.

I'm really looking forward to watching it.

Just saw it myself---I actually saw this years ago---part of it, at least on the A&E channel--I don't remember ever getting the name of it though. I figured it was based on a Dick Francis novel since he primarily wrote mysteries involving horses and jockeys,if I'm not mistaken. It was interesting to see a younger Judi Dench in an old film, since I've only seen her most recent ones, such as NOTES ON A SCANDAL and QUANTUM OF SOLACE, Well made, with a distinctive offbeat British weirdness you find in some British films. And yeah, they might repeat, so you're have another chance at seeing it again--but you usually don't know which films they're gonna repeat. It's worth watching out for, particularly if you like '70's era British mystery flicks.

It was a lot of fun spotting actors and actresses I've seen only in roles they played many years later. I kept saying, "Oh that's (fill in name) who was in (fill in film)!" I'd like to see it from the beginning. I wouldn't say, "Wow!", but I do find it entertaining and worth a second look.

Prior to this, I'd caught Scott Antony only in "The Mutations" though I keep hoping to see "Savage Messiah" someday. I recall seeing pictures of him in "Screen World" and finding him intriguing, very attractive. I'm surprised that he had such a brief career.
