Great hidden gem, surprised they have not done a remake!

I saw this for the first time last week and have to say I was pleasantly surprised with what a good, fun film it is!

With crap like Twilight making vampires in vogue again (which seems to happen every 20 years or so) I am surprised that Hollywood hasn't remade this, like they have practically everything else due to their lack of creativity.

At the very least the concepts in this film could be used for a series (which was the original idea I believe) as long as they didn't mess it up too much trying to modernise it and making it 'hip'.

Sure it would be a bit Buffy-ish but it had so many ideas in it that I'm sure it could stand on it's own legs.

The one thing that confused me was that after letting Caroline Munro tag along for the who adventure, once it was over Kronos was like 'see ya', whereas I thought she would have gone with them as an addition to the team.

I assume this was so Kronos could knock off a different women in every adventure but I certainly wouldn't have minded her tagging along with me!
