Rumored to be coming in Blu-ray from Criterion, circa 2017

I saw a report of a facebook comment that the rights to "Happy Birthday" have been cleared, supposedly for a Criterion release. I don't know about the other songs.

Criterion doesn't always clear all music rights. They weren't able to obtain the use of Wild Man Fischer's "Merry Go Round" for their Blu-ray of MEDIUM COOL.
