wondering about a scene....

I vaguely remember watching this movie on TV once, when I was a kid. I think I remember a scene in a junkyard where a shiny chrome bumper is "all that's left of it" or something....but then again I was only about 6 years old or something, so maybe I'm wrong. I also remember a scene that had something to do with a hillbilly leaning onto the door of a car and breaking it off? then the other guy tries to do it to his hillbilly truck, but can't so the hillbilly breaks off his own door?

I think that must have been some other movie of the week, right? any ideas?

Well, there is reference to chrome bumpers on cars in junkyards in this film but I don't think this is the film you're after.
The reference I'm talking about is very small and there's certainly no hillbilly's breaking doors off cars or trucks. Not even a little bit.
I can only surmise that that either the film you're referring to is a completely different one, or that you've got parts of this film muddled up with the other one- that happens when you're young; that's not a putdown or a criticism- I've muddled up many bits of films over the years.
