Showtime version VS DVD (SHOWTIME UNCUT?)

I taped Caged Heat off Showtime when the movie made its first appearance. One thing bothers me. Why does the Showtime version have the scene where Roberta Collins tells the joke of Cinderella and Pinocchio (Lie! Lie! Lie!)
But all other formats, Corman Classics, don't
Did Disney have a hand in deleting the scene from future presentations?
The scene occurs as the prisoners are being transferred to Agricultural duty, and Ella Reid tells why she was in prison.
