It was really the only part of the movie that I thought WAS effective.

Iconic

"I've been living off toxic waste for years, and I'm fine! Just ask my other heads!"

Actually iconic isn't strong enough, but I dunno what else to call it. And are you saying you didn't find the overall atmosphere of the boat to be effective?

"I've been living off toxic waste for years, and I'm fine! Just ask my other heads!"

No, I just found it...dry...? Boring, if you will? I feel bad for saying it cause otherwise I love the series.

I agree. I got tired of the ship really quickly. I think they lacked the budget to make the ship good enough.

I liked the ending. However, didn't they say that the zombies were harmless during the day? And it was pretty light when the zombies made it to the shore. It could be interpreted in different ways I guess. The ending reminded me of Carnival of Souls (1962). I wonder if they got inspiration from that movie.

Yeah, they seem to change the mythos with each entry into the series. Regardless, the ending was quite chilling.

Just watched it. Yeah, this movie was pretty crappy. Definitely the weakest of the "Blind Dead" series. But those last 2-3 minutes with the skeletal, shrouded Templars rising from the water were very atmospheric and spooky. And the last shot of the movie: downright creepy. Too bad the rest of it was utter s**t.

Once the good girl died, I figured the other characters were all goners. I figured there was no way the two masterminds of that stupid plot were going to survive. And they didn't

They got what they deserved

Crappy movie

You're wrong. We need more horror films like this. This is real horror. Not that crap they call horror today.

The ending was great. I don't know how anyone can call this a crappy movie. I loved the ghost ship. If they would have only shot one place on the ship, then it would have been boring. But they went all around in it. The women were beautiful, even the one who was behind the fashion shoots. I can't wait to see the other Blind Dead films.

The ghost ship setting makes this film stand out from the rest. It might be boring and slow to some people, but I actually liked it. The atmosphere alone makes up for its shortcomings. There hasn't been too many movies made about ghost ships, and I think this is the best one. The scene of them carrying the woman below deck gave me absolute chills as a kid.

The last 20 or so minutes of this film are pretty good, the rest was mostly boring though.
