Yeah Andy Warhol gets WAY too much credit for the things he was 'involved' in. He really just knew how to make money... He didnt shoot any of the movies he 'made,' he didnt write any of the books he 'wrote' and he wasnt into any of the music he produced. He did know how to use silksceen and how to use color design but thats about it... Paul Morrisey deserves all the credit in the world for the great movies he did, all Warhol did was PRODUCE but the public gave him all the credit. It just gos to show that Warhol would be no where without the fabulous personalities and talent that surrounded him.

Warhol gets credit because he told people in Europe to let Morrisey shoot those films, and had his friend "Little Joe" cast as one of the leads. Common practice back in the 1960's and 1970's. Watch "Shampoo", "S.O.B.", and "The Player" on a triple bill for the veiled Hollywood take on the "casting couch."-----later-----m
