Andy Warhol has to have been absolutely smitten with him. He appears fully nude in every one of Warhol's films that I have seen. It's like someone f-rted real bad when Joe is on screen... the guy stinks up every movie he is in.
shareThere was a lot more nudity in this movie than I expected. I heard there was a lot, but I didn't realize quite how much. Not just Joe, but it seems like just about everyone in the cast was naked half the time. I don't really care one way or the other. I'm not one of those people who refuses to watch a movie if there are sex scenes in it. It's just an observation.

These are Morrissey's movies. Not warhol's. Warhol barely knew these actors they just used his name for production value to get it made
shareFor me, it is not so much that he is naked, it is that he did such a good job of playing a scroungy lowlife in Trash that I feel dirty just looking at him--especially when he is naked.

shareAfter so many years of so many movies with so many scenes of so many actresses either half naked or fully so, I do not mind it one itty bitty bit--not saying these words apply to him, I just like using them--seeing a gorgeous man naked, in all his glory.
I just wish there was more of the being this daring.
