Filming locations in Benji

I found Mary's house and the haunted mansion in McKinney, TX. They are both still there and standing. I saw Mary's at the corner of W Louisiana and N Bass St. The mansion is the Dowell House, a few miles south of there off Jefferson St. The park in the movie I believe is Quakertown Park in downtown Denton and the municipal building where Benji was trapped is next to town hall. However, I can't find the 'lady with the cat' house or Bill's Cafe that was from the movie. Any local residents seen or know where these locations are?
