Was this film dubbed or out of sync?

So I just saw this little gem (yes, really liked it) and wondered if it really was horribly dubbed or when I was watching it streaming it was just WAAAAYYYY out of sync...even the gunshots seemed to be out of sync.

Anyone know?

It was apparently dubbed in post. This is, if I remember correctly, why Marlene Clark (Caroline) has another actress doing her voice; when they did the dubbing, Clark was unavailable.

I mean, really, how many times will you look under Jabba's manboobs?
