I was wondering if others can come up with more movies like "Bad Ronald"?

- to some extent "The little Girl who lives down the Lane"

How about..."The People Under the Stairs"?
"The Little Girl..." I would not consider here because there is no one hiding in the house, only two dead people, who are soon buried outside.
"Toys in the Attic may work. And numerous "B" cheapos on Si-Fi made for TV.

Regarding "The little Girl who lives down the Lane": Martin Sheen who played Frank Hallett, the son of Mrs. Hallett, the land lady, did hide in the basement when Rynn Jacobs came back home from the hospital where Mario was treated.That's what I meant with "to some extent" :).
