Is it good & scary?

Is it scary? No. Not (IMHO)

Is it good? "Good" as in the best of the films that tried to rip-off "The Exorcist." Then yes.

For my money, one of the most "interesting" scenes in the film is the seduction and murder of the German schoolboy. Did she actually seduce and murder him, or is it all in her imagination?

This scene is similar to the seduction and murder of the boy scout in Ken Russell's "The Lair of the White Worm" from 1988, if one is familiar with that scene.

If one has not seen this film, then my best advice is to give it a try and see what you think of it.

It isn't very scary to me but it's very good. Especially if you like similar films like The Exorcist and Beyond the Door. I've seen it about 4 or 5 times now and I always enjoy watching it each time.
