I remember enjoying watching this movie as a kid. I must have watched it atleast 10 times. But after all these years, the narrator's lines appear cheesy and the editing and sound effect seem too artificial. But its a great movie to get children started on wildlife. Its something they'd love and I totally recommend it for watching with your kids.
shareIt's a film from 1974, and while some editing seems a little overdone I have yet to see a better wildlife documentary than this, it's even better than "March of the Penguins". This film was done by locals ie South Africans and not foreigners which is also a great bonus. It's definately not cheesy.
shareI saw this when it first came out.. I was 8 years old. I loved it then & I love it now! *NOTE: I saw this as a double bill with Phantom of the Paradise (!) Go figure...
