Nasca Lines are shown on a wall Episode?

There was an episode where Steve was talking with someone and on a wall were pictures drawn in. It may have been a cave and one of the pictures was a drawing of a bird from the nasca lines in Peru. Any ideas?

Possibly "The Bionic Boy" episode? Although technically it wouldn't be the Nazca lines.
