The Joyriders: Not The First Episode Made???

The Joyriders does not seem like an opening episode (despite airing first) as everyone in it seems to behave like it is all business as usual in Shazam!-land.

Another website has suggested that I am correct, that this is not the true opener, if so can someone tell which episode was actually made FIRST?
