Hermann Voss

I was amazed to find out from Wikipedia that Dr Voss (who is mentioned a lot in this movie) actually lived to old age and died naturally.

According to this movie, he was an absolute monster. Why did nobody capture him and make him pay for his Nazi war crimes?
