Let's all use one or the other! It's the only way we're going to get any more seasons released, so get out those pens. Be sure to use the "Attn: Tracey Garvin" line or they will send it back unopened.
I e-mailed. I let them know I paid a lot for my first season the day it was released and we realize that doing commentatires cost money etc and we'd be grateful just for the remaining seasons to be released on DVD. Just be nice in your letters and e-mails - Let them know thought to please finish releasing the shows they start.

I've emailed them quite a few times...and they were kind enough to respond to me...but it's been a few months...so it's time for me to email again...and I think i'll also do a snail mail letter as well.
