(Charles wakes up , jumps out of bed)
Charles: Holy toledo its Thanksgiving!
Caroline: yes charles i know
mary: pa why do you like thanksgiving os much
charles: becaus eits turkey and stuffing and cranberries and mashed taters and beans and corn bread and pecan pie!
caroline: and a tired ma
charleS: yea but not too tired (Winks)
caroline: charle snot in front of the children!
laura: what what happened
charles: never youy mind
mary:so what time we eating?
caroline: 5 pm your pa works till 4
mary: you have to work?
laura: on thanksgiving>?!?!??!>!?!?!
charles: yea well obviously hanson think were indiana
caroline: charles now be nice
charles: well its a holiday
caroline: he who are thankful for work gets good dinner
charles: yea yea
(hanson lumber)
hanson: charles pick it up you work slow today
charleS: well dad gummit hanson its thanksgivimng
hanson: yes be thankful you have job
(Charles throws hammer down)
mr edwards: hey come on tehre ingalls, hes right
charles: i just want some darn turkey
mr edwards: well look at that
(oelsons come walking over)
charleS: howdy
nels: hey charles would you wanna com over for dinner
charles: well thanks nels but we are having out own
harriet: well we are having 2 dinner
charleS: 2?
harriet: yes that what us rich people do
nels: harriet!
harriet: well nels we do
charleS: i know see why you have such wide hips mrs oeson
harriet: while the nerve!
(thanks giving dinner)
charleS: man oh man that was a great meal
caroline: im tired
charles: ahh tomorrow will be a good day, just rest
caroline: but charles you work
charles: i do?
caroline: yes its friday
charles: well dad gummit. cant aman enjoy his turkey
caroline: charles
charles: no no i get it work all dya dont even get to enjoy teh turkey
caroline: charles please stop
charles: well im done
(throws turky on ground)
chares: tomorrow this dirty turkey goes to hanson
