Lost In Space Sound Effect Used Well In A 1976 Episode

The season three episode titled, Repairman, made a good use of Lost In Space's Jupiter 2 sound effect.

In this adventure the Land Of The Lost was heating up too much and whenever the camera cuts away to the sun we would hear the Jupiter 2 sound effect (???).

Not really sure why it was used but it was effective to a Lost In Space Nutcase like me.

However, I am sorry to say the episode itself, Repairman, was a total stinker...so I would not bother tracking it down for this Lost In Space memory. Thanks.

deathbenotdeadly, yes, without question that sound effect was used in Lost In Space.

I might add, the guy who voiced Forbidden Planet's Robby The Robot did the voice to this weird Land Of The Lost alien twice in the series...he sounds a bit like one of those deep voiced Lost In Space aliens. But this guy was never used in Lost In Space...can't remember his name at the moment...look it up on IMDb if you wish.

deathbenotdeadly, Miller also did great work on the Fantastic Voyage (1968) cartoon...he was the boss always seen in dark lighting.

Marvin Miller did the voice of the Zarn (actually in three episodes). I didn't realize he also did the voice of Robby!
