You know, I liked just about everything about "The Land of the Lost". I liked Marshall, Will and Holly. I liked their routine expedition, their knapsacks, their cave dwelling, the dinosaurs and even the large-eyed Sleestaks. But for the sake of Pete, what was up with those mind-numbingly annoying monkey people?? And the adults were named Ta and Sa?? Ta- what? Is that really the best they could come up with? Is that even a whole syllable??? And yet they named their child Cha-Ka? What, was he conceived to “Tell Me Somethin’ Good”??

So yeah, what was up with them???

This AM the right place indeed. But not for the movie. For the show from the age of the bellbottom and the butterfly collar. Ya know, Marshall had a lot of chest hair sticking out of his butterfly collar. I wonder if he was as hairy under there as Ta?

In the 1970's, the Dorkasaurus still used a pocket-protector. These days, they're known as Hipstersauruses and they carry man-purses.

No. That was in the Rocky Horror Picture Show. Which by the way should be next month's field trip. I bet we could find lots of cats in fishnets.

Sweet Mrs. G! I'm so glad you've arrived! I personally found the Sleestacks to be terrifying, what with the way they hissed and slowly flailed their arms and contorted their heads, while moving at the speed of a dying snail.

Let me catch you up. Rabbit is preparing us a roast, Snwgn likes horny dinosaurs, and Massy is making us movies.
