My Version of a Hong Kong Phooey Movie

I have been thinking and hoping for this movie for a long time.
And now the cgi technology is ready for it.

Yes 99% live active but Hong Kong and Spot would be
cgi or maybe HKP would be cgi enhanced actor like the Hulk movie.

BUT here is the MAIN thing that will makes it work.

You get "Garfield the Cat" from his movie to play "SPOT the Cat".

Just think of the pre-hype interview with Garfield in Movie Clips, on
Jay Leno, David Letterman, TRL, special bloopers and behind the scenes on the DVD.

Now for the most part I have gotten sick of Jim Cary but with cgi
enhancements and shrunken effects I think he could be excellent to play HKP.

Maybe HKP was a real man at first, a not so excellent martial arts teacher
who never really achived anything great in his life except winning a Months
stay at a Asian Monk/Preist type temple where he learned a few things but
not necessarily the right way.

And after a fluk encounter with a cursed statue he is turned into
a dog that can Read, Talk and Stand upright!!! And feel as if it happened
for a reason so he becomes a crime fighter.

I LOVE IT!
