Name of an extra?

Does anybody know the name of a male extra seen quite a lot at Arnold's? He is the guy in blue on the left. I would also ask who the guy in red on the right is but I already know 

I finally found out his name! He had a speaking part on Welcome Home Part 1. He played a guy being rough with a woman in a bar and Richie stopped him. His name is Walter Von but on IMDb he is incorrectly listed as Walter van.
