New info about dvd yet?

I just bought One Tree Hill on dvd and they had a brochure with it that said you buy how many WB shows on dvd you get money back, and one of the options was Chico and the Man. But when I checked online, they didn't have the option. And I've checked everywhere imagineable for it but no one has it. So my question is, is it ever coming out on dvd?
