I'm affraid that I have not seen 'Rabbit Test' however it seems to have the male pregnancy tagged. However I have never heard the films mentioned in connection with one another.

No, it was not, both films--and "Junior"--merely using the same premise. Frankly, I don't think the plot of a man becoming pregnant will ever be done satisfyingly until it is handled as a radical-feminist BDSM fantasy. All of the above merely traded in mild role-reversal jokes and situations, treated with varying degrees of silliness.
