I watched this because there was nothing else on today it was on TCM and wow it was pretty terrible. It was unfunny and I was pretty bored throughout the whole movie. That whole scene where that guy gets turned really small just seemed to be dragged out just to pad the running time.

I couldn't agree more. This film is awful. The scene where Conway is shrunk is more cheesy, stupid, slow and even sick at times, espeacially when the old woman with the big fat ass comes tries to sit on him. Something about that was nasty.
Leapold is a headach. I really hated that character so much. I wanted to break his glasses and poke his eyes out until they bled.
Worst Disney movie I've ever seen.
The fact that you referred to Tim Conway as "that guy" completely negates your argument, imo.
