Clearly inspired and/or contributed to a few movies
Terminator, stepford wives, perhaps logans run and total recall. And surely the bionic man/woman episodes with the androids!

shareIn Capricorn One there is a scene where James Brolin's character's wife shows home movies that appear to have been shot during the filming of Westworld.
shareI would definitely add "Halloween" to that mix as well.....at least in terms of the Gunslinger's influence on Michael Myers.
shareI cant believe no ones mentioned Blade Runner
shareNot to mention the Original Star Trek series where the crew comes down for leave and the planet, too, is an amusement park.
That's not a hairstyle, it's a cry for help!
The original Star Trek series episode would have come years before Westworld. The original series ran from 1966-69 and Westworld is from 1973. An interesting bit in the trivia section for the film is "Michael Crichton became inspired to write this film after a trip to Disneyland, where he saw the Pirates of the Caribbean ride, and was impressed by the animatronic characters."
Blade Runner is hard to say. The story behind it ("Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep") is from 1968 and might have been an inspiration to Westworld in many ways. However the movie "Blade Runner" gives some obvious references to Westworld (especially the reflecting eye effects and as far as I remember there wasn't an artificial snake in the original book).
shareNot to mention one of the very first films to posit a computer virus travelling form world to world and corrupting the programming
We aren't dealing with ordinary machines here. These are highly complicated pieces of equipment.
Almost as complicated as living organisms. In some cases, they have been designed by other computers. We don't know exactly how they work.

In addition to some that have already been mentioned, one that was absolutely obvious to me is Predator.
The fact that we can see through Yul Brynner's vision that he detects his enemies by their heat signature.
Then the main protagonist realizes this when they come face to face but he fails to see him (heat source next to him here, cool mud in Predator).
Makes me rethinks so many 80s classics!
I couldn't help but think about Terminator and Jurassic Park.
I am the Alpha and the Omoxus The Omoxus and the Omega
