just a bit ghost in the shell
some new special effects
plus action.

though fassbinders film was just a tv-film
after matrix it feels dated
especially because the bad actors.
though this style of acting fits to the concept.

Not bad actors at all, in fact perfect for this film. Nor does it seem dated to me -- if anything, it still feels stranger & more compelling to me than more contemporary films attempting to deal with this subject matter.
