Running time?

I was looking on Amazon when I saw a VHS tape of this film that was listed as having a run time of 136 minutes (it was an X-rated version). The DVD (NC-17 version) is 129 minutes (although I saw one that was 119 minutes, and also NC-17). Are the VHS prints actually 136 minutes long? If so, is 136 minutes the actual director's cut?
