Where can I get a video or dvd copy of this movie? - Two People (1973) Discussion

I have been searching for many years for a copy of the movie Two People, starring Lindsay Wagner and Peter Fonda. Either VHS or DVD. Please, please,, if anyone has any information on this, please contact me.

I have this great movie taped off of a TV airing. It is complete except for a bit of language and the nude scene of Lindsay Wagner. I have been seaching for an UNEDITED copy of this movie for a long time myself.

Maybe when one of the principal actors dies or something. Recently, another buried gem called "Breezy" with William Holden and Kay Lenz was released - that happened only because of Mystic River. Clint Eastwood directed River, and so Universal put out a bunch of other movies he had directed, including his first, because of the notion that people who liked his direction in River might want to see other movies he had directed - and Breezy was his first.

Two People has never been released even on VHS, even overseas. It will probably take someone's death, or some great success of someone in the movie in some other current movie, to get Two People noticed.

I am also looking for this movie on VHS or DVD. I do have a copy of the film which I taped off TV some years back, but of course, the movie was "edited for TV" so it is missing about a minute or two of footage. I have never seen it offered on pay cable, where one could procure an unedited copy. Have you found a source for this movie yet???

NBC ran this film once, around 1975 or so. I've never seen it run on TV since. It's almost like this movie has disappeared from the face of the earth.
And, Clint Eastwood's first film as director was Universal's 1971 thriller "Play Misty For Me."

BRING OUT SEASON THREE OF "ONCE AND AGAIN" ON DVD!

I have the UNCUT version on VHS, from foreign pay cable, but don't know of it ever being shown in the USA in its unedited form (apart from cinemas).

I just saw this movie tonight (7/21-2008)on the IFC channel(uncut)and IFC is going to replay on Mon 7/28. Check your listing and get your recorders set. Lyndsay looks fantastic and she is not shy.

Look on ebay. I've seen DVDs of it for sale there. I dont know if they're bootlegs or not or what the quality is like.

i purchased a copy from modcinema.com recently and surprisingly it was the uncut version. so if you're still looking for it you should check them out!

If you have TIME WARNER cable TWO PEOPLE is currently available on there Classic Movies On Demand Channel. For only $1.99!!! The film seems to be unedited, the swearing and nudity is all there. My only complaint is that it is fullscreen NOT letterboxed. Oh well, you take what you can get.

Several years ago, I posted about this movie on here, and the post is still here. With all the folks who said it was on Sundance or whatever - could someone make me a copy of the film if I pay you for your time? I am still very much wanting this. Mike, I never got a copy of "The Garden", but I do have another incredible rarity: The movie "Once" with Marta Kristen. Completely uncut. 90 minutes of Marta (Judy Robinson on Lost in Space) running around naked as a jaybird. This film never came out on VHS or DVD. Would you consider a trade for that film?
