Question about another similiar movie?

The movie I am thinking of has a teacher who is female, who happens to be a school teacher and takes her students on a bus trip. I think there were a couple of guys who terrized the teacher and students and they were wearing clown masks ai believe. the teacher and the students have to flee and even begin to kill of the attackers throughout the film. If anyone could help me find the name of this movie if this synopses sounds remotley familiar, please let me know. sorry for the very scarse plot line.

Did the film your're referring to end with the students back in the classroom, and one of the students plays a prank and appears in the window wearing a clown mask? I think I remember seeing this on TV about 20 years ago, but I have no idea what it's called. I think I also remember an underwater scene, similar to Alien Resurrection, where they had to swim a long time under water to get to survival.

Anyone else know?

No prob. I did a couple Google searches and then I had it.

After I discovered that I actually watched the whole film. The scenes I had vaguely remembered when I saw this as a kid didn't seem as creepy to me now, but it actually is a pretty well done film. I still found the ending a little creepy/gruesome.

That's the exact movie I thought of when I read the first post. If you hadn't posted it, I was about to. LOL

I was just thinking about that movie yesterday 'cause of the scene where they decide to have lunch and the kid whines about his mother having given him peanut butter and banana, IIRC.

Saw that movie for the first time a hundred years ago on HBO, I think.
