Warner Bros Anniversay Double Bill?

Hi,

Does anyone else recall The Train Robbers being released in the UK as part of a double bill? Supposedly to celebrate the studio's anniversary, but probably to justify the slight dumping of two star's lesser vehicle. It was teamed with the John Huston/Paul Newman film The Makintosh Man, which I recall being the main feature, although I think The Train Robbers was probably a bit more fun, if also minor. It was the only time I can recall a John Wayne film making the bottom half of a double bill in first release.

Its also one of the few of his available films not to have, as yet, received a standalone DVD release in the UK.
